Boom > Rocket boosters > Hyperspeed > Stockpile .. > Oil blaster. Oil blaster I think is pretty hard to use but ignite does a lot of damage, can't ignore that. Double rockets are a must and the 4 extra damage also affects area damage. Basic combo is EX E -> space -> m2. Remember Hyperspeed affects only you. Don't have 2 rocket charges for too long, 16 damage aoe is nice and easy to pull off.
